AQS series steam ampoule (oral liquid) leak test sterilizer is used for high temperature sterilization, leak test, cleaning of ampoules, vials, tube type vials, etc small regulatory capacity (smaller than 10ml) water injection and oral liquid products. The steam ampoule (oral liquid) leak test sterilizer adopts saturated steam as sterilization medium. Temperature time and F0 dual control meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia.
Steam Ampoule (Oral Liquid) Leak Test Sterilizer Structure:
The steam ampoule (oral liquid) leak test sterilizer adopts horizontal rectangular structure. The sterilization equipment adopts 304 or 316L stainless steel chamber. And covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. The sterilization equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC + HMI has standard “user management, data storage, process management” function. The sterilization process can be traced back, with an independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.
