DMH Series Dry Heat Sterilizer Introduction:
DMH series dry heat sterilizer is used in medical glass bottles, injection ampoules, vials, oral liquid bottles, stainless steel utensils, etc. The sterilizer achieves the ideal sterilization effect through high temperature sterilization operation. This dry heat sterilizer is used for depyrogenation of high temperature bearing items after cleaning by successive circulation of high temperature air.
DMH Series Dry Heat Sterilization Equipment Structure:
This dry heat sterilization equipment adopts horizontal rectangular structure, 304 or 316L stainless steel chamber. The sterilizer is covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. The equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC + HMI has a standard “user management, data storage, process management” function. The sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data logging device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.etc.
Dry Heat Sterilizer Working Principle:
High efficiency filter is installed on both air inlet port and outlet port side of the dry heat sterilizer, with filtration efficiency up to 99.99%. Fresh air port and wet discharge port are equipped with multi-wing centrifugal fan, which can inlet air and exhaust moist automatically. Flat flow hot air circulation device fan keeps the chamber temperature even. And stainless steel convection wall on both sides of the chamber could be disassembled, cleaned and operated conveniently.
