Sterilize Status Classifications

Superheated water sterilizer could be designed to three types of sterilize status according to different products:

Stable Sterilization

Sterilization loads are still inside the chamber during sterilization, this type of sterilization method is suitable for ampoules, vials, syringes and soft bags, which is of the widest application.

Movable Sterilization

Sterilization loads are swing inside the chamber during sterilization, this type of sterilizer is mainly suitable for the sterilization of emulsion packed in soft bags, which is with nitrogen replacement and pressure holding function.

This series ventilation sterilizer adopts clean steam and air mixing sterilization process mode, pressure balance and back pressure protection of equipment and sterilization loads can be well controlled, this equipment is widely and well used for the items that need to keep shape and sealed in the same time of sterilization.
Good Sterilization Temperature Evenness:
The forced convection fan and air guide plate structure makes the chamber non saturated steam mixed well to ensure the sterilization temperature uniformity.
Optional Air Drying Function:
For some products that have high requirements for the drying effect, the machine could be equipped with additional hot air drying function.

Precise Control System

Intelligent temperature sensor, pressure transmitter and pneumatic valve ensure chamber pressure, temperature detecting and control.

Load Traceability

Sterilizer Safety Guide

The doors are designed with independent mechanical and digital safety features
Safety valves are installed to prevent pressure exceeds the allowed limit Emergency stop button is installed for immediate cycle shut off under emergency.

1. The door is not allowed to be opened when the chamber is pressurized
2. The cycle is not allowed to started when the door is not sealed.
3. Door process will automatically stop if obstruction is detected
4. The door cannot be unsealed until the chamber pressure reach room pressure
5. Under double door structure, double door interlock to prevent both doors open in the same time.

This series ventilation sterilizer adopts mixed clean steam and air as sterilization medium, equipment and product pressure balance and back pressure protection can be well controlled by this way, so this equipment is widely used for the items that need to keep shape and sealed in the same time of sterilization. Force convection fan and air guide plate structure make the chamber non saturated steam well mixed to ensure the sterilization temperature evenness. And the equipment is equipped with cooling coil. Product cooling and drying is achieved by the condensation of the mixed gas inside the chamber through getting the cooling water into the coil. Product is cooled by the cold air, and the water on the surface of the product evaporates in the same time, to realize the purpose of cooling and drying finally. The machine could also be equipped with hot air drying function for some products that have high requirements for the drying effect.

Ventilation Sterilizer Structure

The main-body of this series of ventilation sterilizer adopts orizontal rectangular structure, with chamber made by 304 or 316L stainless steel material, and covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. And the equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC + HMI has a standard "user management, data storage, process management" function, the sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data recording device and Industrlal control system to ensure data accuracy.
